Have you been following the Marshalls #FabTravelingBag on Instagram?  If not, pause right here, open Instagram, and look up that hashtag. I'll wait…

The Marshalls #FabTravelingBag is traveling all over the country from Project Fab Blogger to Project Fab Blogger and we're all taking it as an opportunity to show off a little bit of our city.  The #FabTravelingBag made its way to Charlotte this week and let me tell you, this bag is gorgeous!  I did not want to part ways with it when it was time to send it on to the next blogger.

I decided to shoot some photos in Uptown Charlotte.  Uptown is the home of the Charlotte Hornets and the Carolina Panthers.  It's also home to the minor league baseball Charlotte Knights and the NASCAR Hall of Fame.  If you've ever visited Charlotte, then you were probably directed to Uptown.  That might have left you wondering, "Where's Downtown?"  Well, one of the unique features of Charlotte is that while there is an Uptown, there is no Downtown (there is also a Midtown and if you head to my Instagram, BlitzAndGlam, you'll see a photo of the bag in Midtown with Uptown in the background).

When I first moved to Charlotte about 5 and 1/2 years ago, I lived in Uptown.  It's a great place to live because you can walk to everything, as I did.  From sports to street festivals, you're in the heart of everything that's happening in the city.

Keep following the hashtag on Instagram and be sure to check out the board on Pinterest to see where else in the country the bag is going next!

Your  fashion posts are so creative. I hope to visit Charlotte soon.  Oh and do I see that Charlotte is only 748 miles from my hometown Michigan? :)

What a great set of photos! Those photos of you with the hat and sparkly arch are fantastic.

    Stopping by from Sharefest!
