One of my favorite documentary series is ESPN's 30 for 30 series.  It doesn't matter which sport, what story, or which athletes are covered in the documentaries, I know that they will always been entertaining and I will come away having learned so much.  Well, earlier this year, ESPN introduced a new documentary series celebrating the 40th anniversary of Title IX called Nine For IX about women in sports.  Not only that, but each documentary was directed by a female filmmaker and executive produced by Jane Rosenthal, co-founder of Tribeca Film Festival, and Robin Roberts, co-anchor of Good Morning America.  I was so looking forward to catching these documentaries, but somehow managed to miss watching every single one.  Lucky for me, I recently received the DVD set in the mail to screen and I'm giving away 3 copies of the DVD set right here on the blog courtesy of ESPN!  This 4-disc set includes the following 9 titles PLUS 2 bonus films:

Venus Vs.

Pat XO

The Diplomat

No Limits

Let Them Wear Towels

The '99ers

Abby Head On

Even if you caught each film when they originally aired on ESPN, you're going to want to watch them again.  ESPN brings us the types of films that you want to watch over and over again, because they are that good.  Or with the holiday season quickly approaching (can you believe that it's already November??), this will make a great gift for the sports lover, male or female, in your life.  Trust me on this.  Now, let's get to the part where I tell you how to enter to win 1 of the three Nine For IX 4-disc DVD sets.  There are so many phenomenal female athletes so I want to know which one is your favorite?  Leave your response below and you'll automatically be entered to win (be sure to leave your email address in the comment form so that I can contact you if you win).  The winners will be chosen at random.  If you aren't one of the lucky winners, you can still purchase the DVD set which is available now at Amazon.  Check out the trailer below and good luck!  The giveaway closes on Friday, November 15, 2013 at 6 pm EST.

My favorite female athlete is Allyson Felix. She is an awesome track and field star who is humble and has a strong faith in God:)

My favorite female athlete is Laila Ali. I love that she created a  career regardless of who her father is and that she exhibits both strength and femininity.
