Navy blouse (The Limited) | Floral pants (The Limited) | Navy heels (Nine West/DSW)
Navy watch (c/o ESQ Movado) | Red lipstick (Ruby Woo/MAC Cosmetics)
Don't you just love the floral pants trend this season? I'm not typically a trendy person, because I never want to wear what everyone else is wearing. I mean, what's the point? When I do go trendy, I want it to be something that I can tuck away in the back of my closet and then pull back out some years from now and call it vintage. Also, I don't spend a lot on trendy items. These pants? I can't remember the exact price that I paid, but it was something around $20. Not bad, especially when they were originally priced about $60. And every time I wear my navy heels I hear, "Where did you find cute navy heels??" and "I love your shoes!" Trust me, I know how hard it is to find navy heels period, much less, cute ones. I stumbled upon these navy heels about 2 months ago on the sale rack at DSW and got them for about $30. The best part is that they are comfortable, so comfortable that I went back and bought a black leather pair (full price). Cute, comfortable, and reasonably priced is sometimes hard to find.
