I've finally recovered from my trip to New Orleans for the Saints Style Lounge and Monday Night Football (and staying up all night and into the early morning Election Day). First, I must say a big THANK YOU to the NFL for sending me down – I had a BLAST! As most of you know, I went to law school in New Orleans at Tulane University (Geaux Green Wave) and believe it or not, I hadn't been back since I graduated, so this trip was LONG overdue (I'm now going to make it my mission to go down once a season for a game). Since the Saints were playing the Philadelphia Eagles in Monday Night Football, I took my friend Lorén, an Eagles fan, down there with me. When we arrived, the first thing on our mind was food, so we walked to the French Quarter to grab a bite to eat before the game (I ate way too much crawfish).

I was in heaven in the Saints Style Lounge! Lots of cute Saints apparel? Yes, please! I'll take one of each! Aside from looking at styles, I got a chance to chat with Saints fans, listen to music from DJ Kiss, eat cupcakes, and get a black and gold manicure. Then it was time to head into the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for Monday Night Football!!
If you've never been to a Saints game in the Superdome, you MUST add it to your bucket list, even if you're not a Saints fan, but especially if you are a Saints fan. I'm convinced that the Superdome offers the best fan experience. My friend Susan, who is a Dolphins fan, happened to also be at this game with her brother and she kept wanting the Saints to score so she could get up and dance to the Saints TD music (see below). I admit I was even trying to make the dance cam.
