As you know, this past weekend I traveled to Atlanta to see the Carolina Panthers play the Atlanta Falcons in the Georgia Dome. I debated about what to wear to the game–should I wear something that would represent the Panthers (my current home team), should I wear something that represents who I was really cheering for (Cam Newton), or should I wear something to show how I would support the Falcons if I was a Falcons fan? Well, the night before I finally decided that I would wear the common colors of both teams–black and white. I picked a black off-the-shoulder sweater (you can't always tell that it's off-the-shoulder in the pictures) with a white tank underneath (you can't really see that well either in these pictures either).
I added some cuffed ankle jeans and black heels to give myself a dressy casual look. If you decide to wear heels, my tip is to carry a pair of flats in your bag for walking to and from the dome or stadium. At the last minute, I decided to carry my reddish-colored Jimmy Choo handbag, which made me look like I was rooting for the Falcons (oops). I added a pair of silver beaded Tiffany & Co. earrings even though the handbag has gold hardware. I totally believe in mixing silver and gold.

In the picture above you can see that I'm also wearing a ring on my right hand. Well, that ring is the Oscar de la Renta cocktail ring that is scented with Esprit d'Oscar solid Eau de Parfum, which was worn on Oscar's Spring runway during New York Fashion Week. How does it work? Simply slide open the top of the ring to experience the exceptionally feminine scent and apply to your pulse points. I kept sliding the top open throughout the day because it smells so good. It's a scent that I would describe as the perfect combination of sweet and sexy and that's exactly the type of scent that I like to wear.
This ring will be available exclusively on Facebook beginning early November at https://www.facebook.com/oscardelarenta.
*This ring was provided to me by Glamour magazine, but the thoughts are my own.
