Minnesota Vikings Wide Receiver Bernard Berrian expressed his own style Sunday in their game against the Arizona Cardinals. According to the NFL rules, Vikings players must wear black or purple-colored cleats during games. Berrian, wearing yellow-colored cleats (shown above), was fined $5,000 for his fashion faux pas.
Bernard, also known as B Twice, tweeted that he will not be wearing the yellow cleats this weekend and later tweeted, "was just a one time thing. Not gonna throw $ away just 2 wear some shoes. We had the all purple unis so I wanted yellow shoes". Good-looking and smart. Even I have to say no to expressing your own style if it's going to cost $5,000 to do it.
